You'll receive regular updates, scheduling notices, weather issues, and many other data points via BuilderTrend throughout the course of construction as well as post construction for any warranty issue that may arise. This warranty covers workmanship and materials for the first year, all major mechanicals such as electric, HVAC, and plumbing for two years, and the structure including the foundation and framing for ten years. You can have peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected for years to come.
